Since joining the team in 2019, Tom Inman has been an indispensable player at GreenerU. He leads projects such as large-scale LED lighting retrofits, heat recovery, and boiler upgrades. His dedication to quality and client satisfaction makes him a vital part of the team.

Tom has overseen a range of significant energy efficiency projects, including large-scale LED lighting retrofits, heat recovery systems, and boiler replacements for various institutions in the Boston area. His leadership was crucial in upgrading approximately 80% of Brown University’s campus to LED lighting and modernizing twelve Harvard Medical School buildings with energy-efficient lighting solutions.

Before GreenerU, Tom managed the construction of a housing development in Framingham, guiding new homeowners through every stage of design and purchase. He also worked extensively on projects benefiting low-income families, including code upgrades, renovations, and the construction of new homes for homeless veterans. His expertise extends to designing and installing residential and commercial photovoltaic arrays, reflecting his commitment to sustainable building practices.

In addition to a degree in construction management from Arizona State University, Tom holds an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL) and a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License. He is known for his attention to detail and organized approach and is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
