MHEC	MC01-G33 Energy Consulting Services	MHEC members, including schools, libraries, municipalities, and more	MHEC offers pre-qualification for vendors to allow for streamlined public procurement for a range of services in New England. Vendors can procure energy services from GreenerU of up to $300,000 without having to go through a competitive bidding process.
Massachusetts Operational Services Division	PRF74: Energy, Climate Action, and Facility Advisory Services	State agencies, municipalities, public authorities (see full list)	Under PRF74, GreenerU provides research, analysis, or support consulting services on energy and climate action programs, energy and climate action programs stakeholder engagement services,
City of Boston BERDO	Building Decarbonization Advisor Program	Nonprofits, small businesses, or low-income tenant housing	GreenerU is the assigned technical vendor for nonprofit and house of worship program participants. The program is open to residential buildings with fifteen or more units that meet specific criteria and non-residential or mixed-use buildings over 20,000 square feet located in Environmental Justice neighborhoods. Massachusetts School Building Authority	MSBA Accelerated Repair Program (ARP)	Massachusetts public K12 schools	The MSBA Accelerated Repair Program focuses on the preservation of existing assets by performing energy-efficient and cost-saving upgrades, which will result in direct operational savings for school districts. GreenerU is an approved owner’s project manager (OPM) consultant.
Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources	Affordable Housing Decarbonization Technical Assistance Program	Low- to moderate-income (LMI) housing	DOER’s technical assistance program helps building owners and operators identify pathways to decarbonize affordable housing buildings so low- and moderate-income residents can benefit from clean, more affordable energy. GreenerU is a pre-qualified technical consultant.
Boston Planning and Development Agency	House doctor services	City of Boston public buildings	With partner Leonardi Aray Architects, GreenerU is providing green building, sustainability, and energy-efficiency consulting services for the BPDA’s portfolio of buildings, including zero-carbon building assessments.
MassCEC	Green School Works	Massachusetts public K12 schools serving low-income students	GreenerU is a pre-approved technical assistance vendor for comprehensive building assessments, decarbonization roadmaps, focused studies, and renewables.
National Grid	Project Expeditor (PEX)	National Grid large-building customers	GreenerU will work with you to accelerate the calculations and attainment of custom incentives for large buildings on energy efficiency improvement engineering, design, and installation. Municipalities may also contract with GreenerU for projects up to $300,000 without having to go through a competitive procurement process.
