Nicole started off at GreenerU as an engineering intern, gaining exposure to energy efficiency and HVAC implementation work. Nicole became a full-time energy engineer at GreenerU, primarily working on the development of energy conservation projects, from the initial auditing phase to measurement and verification after the project has been completed. In addition to this work, Nicole has supported the project management of implementation projects, including developing cost estimates, reviewing equipment submittals and troubleshooting systems after installation. Nicole also supports the Change Management team by conducting greenhouse gas emissions baseline inventories and recommending goals and strategies for strategic sustainability plans.
