Morgan Strong’s journey into engineering started in high school and stayed with her through college, when she discovered her love for building things, working with her hands, and solving problems. She values engineers’ role in advancing sustainability and enjoys guiding clients through the design and construction process to create practical and impactful solutions.
As a project development engineer at GreenerU, Morgan specializes in designing and implementing solutions to client sustainability needs. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, she has successfully partnered with clients and contractors to collect and analyze on-site data, identify improvement areas, and integrate client goals into her designs.
Her expertise includes implementing inspection and test plans, writing base case process documentation to ensure compliance, and building energy project usage models. Morgan collaborated with the process authors on an engineering process documentation project to clarify requirements for accurate descriptions and processes.

Morgan earned her bachelor of science and master of science degrees in electrical engineering from Tufts University.
