Madeline Rawson collaborates closely with our clients, leading data collection and analysis, greenhouse gas emissions inventorying, report generation, graphic design, and sustainability and climate action planning.
In her more than five years of experience in the industry, she has helped clients at K-12 schools, colleges, and universities to interpret and visualize their greenhouse gas emissions data. She is not only our resident carbon footprinting expert, having received her certification from the University of New Hampshire; she is also our go-to person for AASHE STARS reporting, ensuring our clients’ submissions are accepted with zero to minimal edits. She lends her skills to developing proposals and designing other in-house graphics.
Madeline has spoken on various sustainability topics at industry conferences and has educated students and university staff on interpreting and implementing AASHE STARS data.
Before joining GreenerU in 2021, she was a Field Director for a city council campaign in Cambridge, MA. Madeline graduated from Williams College in May 2021, where she spent four years deepening her knowledge of sustainability planning, communication, and science. During that time, she held multiple research, teaching, and consultancy jobs.
Madeline is an active artist outside of work, creating paintings and works of embroidery in her free time. Her current project is crocheting a full-size throw blanket, which she hopes to have finished by the end of the year.
