Madeline leads the Planning and Customer Engagement teams at GreenerU, where she bridges the gap between complex technical data and actionable organizational change. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has managed a diverse portfolio of more than 35 clients and oversees concurrent projects that range from institutional strategy to technical implementation.

At GreenerU, Madeline leads stakeholder-engaged climate action planning, balancing technical feasibility with equitable goal-setting. She is a specialist in technical sustainability reporting, including greenhouse gas emissions inventories and AASHE STARS reporting, providing the expert coordination and training necessary to help institutions reach their decarbonization milestones. Beyond the data, Madeline is a skilled facilitator; she is known for her ability to build consensus among diverse groups, utilizing specialized engagement tactics to transform conflicting perspectives into cohesive, actionable strategic plans.

Madeline is dedicated to making the transition to a sustainable future both visible and inclusive. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Williams College, with an emphasis on climate planning, communications, and justice.
