With a career spanning architecture, environmental graphics, and construction operations, she specializes in designing and implementing operational systems that allow creative and technical teams to thrive.
As a seasoned operations leader, Lauren has a proven track record of managing financial oversight, administration, and workflow systems in alignment with contract integrity and organizational efficiency. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between big-picture strategy and daily execution, having developed company-wide SOPs, procurement frameworks, and cost tracking systems that drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Lauren holds a BFA in Architecture with Departmental Honors from the Massachusetts College of Art.
