Her background spans brand strategy, campaigns, events and content development, with a focus on making complex engineering solutions more accessible and engaging. 

Kaia chose to build her career in sustainability because she genuinely cares about protecting the environment. She carries sustainable values into her everyday life through practices like composting, recycling and up-cycling, and making environmentally conscious choices at home.
