Adam will be assisting with commissioning existing buildings, measurement and verification of implemented energy savings measures, project development, building-side energy systems engineering, and decarbonization assessments, particularly through emissions disclosure ordinances such as Boston and Newton’s BERDO and Cambridge’s BEUDO programs.

Prior to joining GreenerU full time, Adam was a project manager and commissioning agent with WSP USA, a global professional services firm providing strategic advisory, engineering and design services to clients in the transportation, infrastructure, environment, building, power, energy, water, and mining sectors. There Adam led the commissioning process for various new construction projects that included manufacturing, life science, residential, and universities. Adam also completed an internship with Veolia North America, an environmental engineering firm, where he worked on energy and water efficiency projects. Adam earned a bachelor of science degree in energy systems engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
