Prior to joining GreenerU, Rich held project engineering and assistant superintendent roles, where he supported day-to-day field operations, coordinated material deliveries and testing, resolved field issues with project teams, and maintained detailed project documentation. His hands-on construction experience, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality and safety make him a valued addition to GreenerU’s construction team.
